When Tim started in the business in March 1995 he sought to be the Realtor who cared more about the "best interests" of his client than for himself. What that means is he decided to offer high quality service and follow-up with the idea being on serving rather than taking from people.
From the beginning to this day, he wants to sell you a home that meets your needs and wants, but doesn't use all your budget. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 1995, Tim was a real estate appraiser in the Boise area for four years.
