Tim Burroughs

Tim is our lead agent with over thirteen years experience in the Boise Metro area. He has personally assisted over 850 clients to buy or sell their homes in this area.
When Tim started in the business in March 1995 he sought to be the Realtor who cared more about the "best interests" of his client than for himself. What that means is he decided to offer high quality service and follow-up with the idea being on serving rather than taking from people. From the beginning to this day, he wants to sell you a home that meets your needs and wants, but doesn't use all your budget. If he is selling your home, he wants to offer it to the buying market at a price and terms that will make buyers want to buy the home, but not leave the sellers at a place where they left money on the table.
Prior to becoming a Realtor in 1995, Tim was a real estate appraiser in the Boise area for three and a half years. During that time he assisted over 1,200 people with appraisals of their homes, so he knows how to price properties for sale and how to assist buyers when they buy.

Debbie Burroughs
Debbie is co-owner with Tim, the team leader. She has a position that keeps her behind the scenes working on our marketing, accounting and staging activities. When we are about to take a new listing, Debbie comes in with her background as a designer who worked for a major builder in another state and she stages the house by letting the seller know what to pack up and store and often she will bring in accessories and pictures to make the house show well to allow us to market it well. She also works with our professional photographer and she attends those photo sessions to make sure everything looks great so when the photos are taken that we will use on our flyers, Internet advertising and postcards, your house will look its best.
